Job Title: PHP Developer Laravel

Overview:

The PHP Developer Laravel plays a crucial role in the development and maintenance of web applications using PHP and Laravel framework. They are responsible for writing clean, secure, and efficient code while working closely with the design and product teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel framework
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
  • Participate in the entire application lifecycle focusing on coding and debugging
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define design and ship new features
  • Integrate data from various backend services and databases
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply them to operations and activities
  • Test and troubleshoot applications for performance, security, and scalability
  • Work with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
  • Implement data storage solutions
  • Optimize and scale applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Assist in the planning and deployment of software releases
  • Maintain code integrity and organization
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technologies

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven work experience as a PHP Developer with expertise in Laravel framework
  • Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks and object-oriented PHP programming
  • Experience with MVC design patterns
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
  • Understanding of frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Experience with database design and optimization using MySQL
  • Ability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and API integration best practices
  • Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
