This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop scalable and production-grade analytics solutions.

  • Work in one of the three therapeutic areas (Oncology, Vaccines, Pharma & Rare Disease) to leverage statistical and machine learning expertise to address critical business challenges.
  • Employ your critical thinking, problem-solving, statistical, machine learning, and data visualization skills to deliver impactful solutions.

We are seeking candidates with prior experience in healthcare analytics or consulting sectors, as well as hands-on experience in Data Science (building end-to-end ML models). It is preferred that you have a good understanding of Physician and Patient-level data from leading vendors such as IQVIA, Komodo, and Optum. Familiarity with HCP Analytics, PLD analytics, concepts like persistence, compliance, line of therapy, etc, or Segmentation & Targeting is highly desirable.

Key responsibilities include leading a team of Analysts - Data Science to solve complex business problems, translating business requirements into analytical problem statements, defining technical requirements, and providing technical direction to the team. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements, present findings to senior business stakeholders, and manage and mentor junior data scientists.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years industry experience
  • Proficiency in Python/R & SQL
  • Experience in healthcare analytics or consulting sectors
  • Experience working with real-world evidence (RWE) and patient-level data (PLD) from leading vendors such as IQVIA, Komodo, Optum, etc
  • Experience in HCP Analytics, Segmentation, and Targeting and Patient-Level Data analytics
  • Strong foundations of statistics and machine learning

Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree in STEM, 5-7 years in Healthcare Analytics and Consulting, and experience in Oncology/Vaccine/Pharma & Rare Diseases therapeutic area commercial analytics.
