Job Title: Layout Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a key position in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement high-quality analog layouts for custom chips, ensuring compliance with design rules and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with process engineers to optimize layout designs based on process requirements.
  • Conduct layout parasitic extraction and work with the simulation team to validate and optimize design performance.
  • Participate in design reviews and contribute to overall design improvements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of CMOS / Bi-CMOS / SOI / FinFET processes and be well-versed in analog layout concepts such as matching, electro-migration, latch-up, coupling, cross-talk, IR-drop, and active and passive parasitic devices. Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in routing congestion and physical verification, are also essential.

In addition, the successful candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
