We are seeking a highly skilled Psychometrician to join our team. As a Psychometrician, you will play a key role in the development of predictive talent assessment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and integrate AI-powered programs to optimise psychometric processes and test development.
  • Use AI translation tools to translate tests into multiple languages and collaborate with experts on reviewing translations.
  • Build and maintain AI-driven personalised assessment programs that generate tailored feedback.
  • Collaborate with data analysts to evaluate and fine-tune AI models.
  • Contribute to the full lifecycle of assessment creation, validation, revision, and enhancement.
  • Develop innovative test items for special evaluations.
  • Work with project managers to oversee R&D projects using agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with consultants to develop custom solutions and produce detailed technical documentation.

Profile Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Psychometrics, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, or related field.
  • Initial experience in psychometrics and/or AI application projects.

Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of generative AI tools and prompt engineering.
  • Proficiency in psychometric test creation and validation.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
