Job Overview:

A visionary with expertise in motion graphics and animation is required to transform ideas into captivating visual experiences. The ideal candidate excels at producing original animated content and adapting visual elements to fit brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in our visual tone.

The role requires a talented professional who can manage multiple motion graphic workstreams simultaneously, possess strong commercial focus, and drive impactful results through an insight- and data-driven approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and creating visually stunning motion graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print materials, including social media posts, website assets, email campaigns, infographics, and marketing collateral.
  • Developing animated content such as explainer videos, motion graphics, GIFs, and visual effects to enhance brand storytelling and engagement.
  • Closely collaborating with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience preferences.
  • Conceptualizing and storyboarding ideas, translating creative briefs into visually appealing designs and animations that effectively communicate key messages and brand identity.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continually innovate and enhance the quality and effectiveness of visual content.
  • Maintaining brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all assets, maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Providing creative input and constructive feedback, collaborating with team members to brainstorm ideas, solve problems, and deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of work experience.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and animation tools (e.g., Adobe Animate, Blender, Maya).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment, adapting to feedback and incorporating revisions as needed.
  • Passion for design, animation, and storytelling, with a proactive attitude towards learning and professional development.
