Technical Identity Governance Specialist

Job Summary
The Senior Technical Analyst will oversee the onboarding of applications, interact with application owners to comprehend their systems, and coordinate custom development for integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard applications and collaborate with application owners to understand their systems and explain the integration process.
- Gather relevant information for the entire IAM process within the application.
- Coordinate, test, and validate custom development required by app teams for integrations.
- Collaborate with internal engineers to build integrations according to governance best practices and application requirements.
- Maintain accurate statuses for all onboarded applications.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with app teams.
Qualifications:
- 7-9 years of experience in IGA development teams as an engineer or analyst.
- Experience in developing custom workflows for LCM/JLM Provisioning.
- Implementation, administration, and support of SailPoint-based Identity and Access Management solutions.
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) analysis and implementation expertise.
- Sailpoint IdentityNow certification.
About Identity Governance and Administration
- Access lifecycle management: joiner, mover, leaver processes.
- Role-based access control (RBAC) & attribute-based access control (ABAC).
- Policy alignment with risk and compliance standards: SOX, HIPAA, GDPR.
- Integration with HR, Active Directory, cloud apps, and custom systems.
- Custom development of connectors, workflows, and provisioning scripts.
