Job Role:

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead the architecture, scaling, and secure development of our web platforms.

This individual will guide our team, ensure smooth deployments, and handle advanced backend and DevOps challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of scalable, secure web applications using Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript
  • Architect and optimize MongoDB schemas, queries, and indexes for performance

  • Implement best practices in security: authentication, authorization, rate limiting, data protection
  • Mentor junior developers to maintain code quality

  • Document processes and establish technical SOPs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of experience in full-stack development
  • Strong proficiency in Next.js, Node.js, Express, TypeScript
  • Expertise in MongoDB (schema design, indexing, aggregation pipelines)
  • Experience with cloud hosting & DevOps (AWS, GCP, or VPS setups, Docker, CI/CD)
  • Hands-on knowledge of security audits, scaling strategies, and API optimization
  • Ability to mentor developers and enforce coding standards
  • Strong problem-solving and system design skills

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of Redis/queues for caching and job processing
  • Experience with payment gateways (Razorpay/Stripe), Twilio/WhatsApp APIs
  • Familiarity with GraphQL, serverless functions, or microservices
  • Exposure to observability tools (Grafana, ELK stack, Prometheus, Datadog)
