Guiding Students' Success



  • Develop and implement a competitive school counseling program that focuses on students' academic achievement and promotes their overall success.
  • Emphasize the value of diversity, equity, and individual differences in student support services.
  • Ensure equal access to educational opportunities and rigorous curriculum for all students.
  • Provide direct support services through structured conventions and collaborative partnerships.
  • Evaluate areas of strength (KSAOs) and advocate for students' needs.
  • Offer group or individual responsive services to meet students' diverse needs.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to support students' success.
  • Conduct assessments, interpret test results, and analyze student records to inform instruction.
  • Gather and analyze data to measure program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Submit regular reports on program progress and outcomes.

Job Requirements
