- Proven experience in enterprise sales or channel management
- Background in FX retail is a plus
- Ability to engage with CXO-level stakeholders
- Knowledge of financial products and technology
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
- Familiarity with AI capabilities and ability to leverage AI-driven insights/tools
- Data-driven approach with a customer-centric mindset
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude
- Postgraduate degree in MBA or related field
