LHC Shared Services Private Limited, a forward-thinking Wealth Tech firm, was founded in 2021 with a mission to set industry standards. We aim to achieve this by digitizing key touchpoints within the Wealth Management client journey through our AV Suite, an all-encompassing and fully integrated Platform as a Service (PaaS). This enables wholesome investment management capabilities across prospecting, onboarding, portfolio building, and trade management.

Our AV Suite is built on five complementary Software as a Service (SaaS) products that can be accessed individually. At the core of our design lies Design Thinking and Human-centered design, allowing us to iterate quickly and stay relevant to ever-evolving client needs. We are revolutionizing the industry, striving to become the Amazon of investments.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with domain experts and stakeholders to understand business challenges and requirements supported by NLP/ML.

We seek a skilled AI/ML Engineer to develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms using NLP techniques such as text classification, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, and topic modeling to solve specific business problems.

In this role, you will perform data analysis and pre-processing tasks including data cleaning, feature engineering, and data transformation to prepare data for machine learning models. You will also evaluate and optimize the performance of machine learning models using appropriate metrics and techniques, iterating on model design and implementation as needed.

A collaborative approach is essential; you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to integrate machine learning models into our products and services.

To succeed, you must stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning, NLP, and related technologies, applying them proactively to solve business challenges.

The position requires strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is required. More than 5 years of experience in machine learning, natural language processing, and related technologies, with a strong understanding of NLP concepts and techniques, is necessary. Hands-on experience in developing and implementing machine learning models using libraries like TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or scikit-learn is also required. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java, and experience with data manipulation and analysis using tools like Pandas, NumPy, or SQL, is essential. Strong understanding of statistical concepts and machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning, feature selection, model evaluation, and model deployment, is crucial. Experience with NLP techniques like text preprocessing, tokenization, POS tagging, word embeddings, and sentiment analysis is also desired. Salary: ₹12,50,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum.
