Description:

The company is seeking a highly skilled Test Automation Lead to spearhead the development and implementation of automation frameworks. This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional with expertise in software testing, leadership skills, and experience in managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automation frameworks that improve test efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts
  • Lead a team of test automation engineers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality test automation solutions
  • Collaborate with the QA team to identify areas for process improvement and implement new methodologies
  • Develop and maintain reusable test components to enhance test robustness and reusability
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in software testing and automation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Test Automation Lead or similar role
  • Expertise in automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, and UFT
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI-powered automation tools and machine learning algorithms
  • Knowledge of cloud-based platforms and services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Certification in software testing or related field (e.g., CSTE, CSQE)
