Job Title:
Ambitious Software Engineering Leader

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced software engineering leader to join our team. As a Tech Lead/Software Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development team in delivering high-quality software solutions while maintaining existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement best-in-class user experiences through software application design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
- Ensure timely delivery of software projects according to established best practices and standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and continuously improve skills to drive innovation and efficiency.

Leadership Roles:
- Manage a team of developers, prioritizing team morale, productivity, and collaboration.
- Establish and uphold development standards, ensuring compliance among team members.
- Identify individual strengths and weaknesses, supporting skill development through personalized plans and regular feedback.
- Delegate tasks to team members, monitor progress, and provide guidance as needed.

Technical Expertise:
- Design and build domain-driven APIs for internal and external usage, adhering to optimal API practices and industry standards.
- Develop components utilizing Golang and Java in collaboration with backend teams and other stakeholders.
- Build and deploy large-scale systems, focusing on scalability, performance, and reliability.

Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
- 7+ years' experience in developing scalable REST microservices, B2B SaaS enterprise applications, and mobile/desktop applications.
- Proficiency in languages like Java, Golang, Ruby, and relevant technologies.
