Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Assistant Recruiter to support our recruitment team in Bangalore Urban and Bangalore Rural locations. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and will contribute significantly to our hiring processes. The role involves working closely with the recruitment team to source and engage qualified candidates, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.

Key Qualifications and Skills

  1. Proven experience in recruitment and sourcing with a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
  2. Ability to effectively communicate with candidates to understand their qualifications and assess fit for open positions. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Experience in resume review to evaluate candidates' educational qualifications and professional experience. (Mandatory skill)
  4. Expertise in candidate sourcing using various platforms and databases to attract top talent. (Mandatory skill)
  5. Strong skills in interviewing and assessing candidates to determine their suitability for roles within the organization.
  6. Ability to provide administrative support and manage recruitment-related documentation efficiently.
  7. Experience in managing candidate databases to ensure a well-organized recruitment process and pipeline management.
  8. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across departments to align recruitment efforts with organizational needs.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  2. Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  3. Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit within the organization.
  4. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  5. Support administrative tasks related to recruitment, including maintaining candidate records and updating recruitment reports.
  6. Assist in developing and maintaining a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  7. Collaborate with the recruitment team to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
  8. Participate in recruitment projects and initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency of the talent acquisition function.
