Network Engineer for IT Infrastructure Management

As a Network Engineer for IT Infrastructure Management at NTT DATA, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our clients' IT infrastructure and systems.
With a strong focus on proactive incident resolution and service level agreement (SLA) compliance, this entry-level engineering position is ideal for individuals looking to kick-start their career in network management.
You will be responsible for monitoring client infrastructure and solutions, identifying potential problems and errors, and investigating incidents to identify root causes.
In addition, you will fulfill approved requests, provide telephonic or chat support to clients, execute maintenance activities, and follow handover procedures to ensure service continuity.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage client infrastructure and solutions to prevent issues and resolve incidents efficiently.
- Identify and investigate potential problems and errors, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Fulfill approved requests and perform maintenance activities as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service through telephonic or chat support to clients.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth handovers and maintain service continuity.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- CCNA certification or equivalent.
- Experience in network administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively in a pressurized environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.

SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this role is around $60,000 - $80,000 depending on location and experience.
