ServiceNow GRC Technical Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow technical consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, with experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) modules.

The successful candidate will design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions for GRC processes, customize and configure ServiceNow GRC modules to meet business requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will also have excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, 2+ years of experience in IRM/GRC module
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript(Classic UI and Workspace), Glide, and Jelly
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development tools, including Studio and Flow Designer
  • Good Experience in UI Builder and configuration in Workspaces
  • Experience with Patching and Upgrade for IRM modules with understanding of latest updates of GRC/IRM module in store and release notes
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow integration methods, including REST, SOAP, and MID Server
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
