Senior Risk Management Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Zeta Global. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal audit, risk management, and compliance, with a proven track record of identifying and mitigating risks.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional to take on a senior leadership role within our organization. As a Senior Risk Management Specialist, you will be responsible for executing a risk-based audit program, supporting SOX compliances, and collaborating with other risk, control, and compliance functions.
Key Responsibilities
- IDentify risk-based audit plans through leadership interviews, input from the Audit Committee, and external sources. Review and align the audit plan with the Audit Leadership team.
- Review process maps and develop testing plans for identified controls.
- Identify control gaps, leakages, and opportunities for improvement. Proactively work with business/process owners to align observations and suggest control improvement actions.
- Complete audits within agreed timelines.
- Align observations with business/process owners and agree on corrective action plans, including implementation timelines.
- Draft and review internal audit reports with the Internal Audit Leadership team.
- Follow up with process owners to ensure business has implemented and sustained agreed corrective actions.
- Maintain adequate records and work papers of completed audits, including dates of completion and observations.
- Prepare and maintain dashboards to drive key parameters centrally.
- Prepare summaries for quarterly Audit Committee updates.
- Liaise with all levels of management and build successful relationships across the business.
- Support SOX campaigns.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Solid understanding of business concepts, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to handle assignments independently, maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks within defined timelines.
- Advanced user skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication (written and oral) skills with the ability to articulate points effectively.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage conflicts.
- Good interpersonal skills to execute tasks and complete deliverables on time.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to implement and deliver sustainable solutions.
Education Qualification Required
Candidates should hold a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) degree with 6-8 years of post-qualification experience in internal audit. A higher preference will be given to candidates working with multinational corporations. Other relevant certifications, such as CIA, may be an added advantage.

Based on market standards, we estimate a salary range between $120,000 and $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. This is not inclusive of additional benefits or bonuses.
