Job Description

As a key member of our software delivery team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks using Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript.

The successful candidate will have strong expertise in automation testing and test framework development, as well as proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.

They will collaborate with developers, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality releases and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

This role involves performing functional, regression, and integration testing through automation suites, debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing test scripts for performance and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in software test automation
  • Strong expertise in Playwright
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Hands-on experience building scalable automation frameworks
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
  • Strong knowledge of Git and version control practices
  • Good problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience with other automation frameworks (Cypress, Selenium, Puppeteer), strong skills in REST API testing with Postman, Newman, or REST Assured, and knowledge of cloud testing environments and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
