We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the execution of civil and interior works for our retail show rooms, hotels, and commercial interiors.

  • Minimum 14 to 17 years' experience as Project and Construction Manager in Civil & Interior works execution from Retail Show Rooms, Hotels and Commercial Interiors.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for all civil, interior work, and MEP works, managing a team size of up to 20 engineers and supervisors.
  • He/She must have experience with stone cladding of façade both wet and dry cladding.
  • The selected candidate will inspect all interior fit out, finishes, FF&E, loose furniture, and compare it with drawings and specifications.
  • He/She will measure and check building materials in terms of quality and identify any defects, suggesting ways to correct them.
  • The job requires monitoring and reporting work progress to the VP Engineering.
  • The candidate will assist the site team and coordinate with PMO for verification, validation, and certification of bills.
  • Responsibilities also include QA & QC, preparing snag lists, and following up with contractors to de-snag and ensure handing over to the Operations Team.
  • He/She will coordinate with vendors, sub-contractors, and vendors for quality of works at site.
  • The selected candidate will ensure that all works are carried out as per approved design drawings, documents, contract technical specifications, and quality plans as per brand standards.
  • He/She must ensure the correct method statement followed along with the checklist in place.
  • Daily monitoring of work progress is required.
  • Reviewing manpower requirement and allocating work fronts is also a key responsibility.
  • The candidate will issue non-compliance reports when deviations/variances are noticed at site.
  • Monitoring material availability at site and forecasting material requirements, informing the PMO in advance, is essential.
  • Meeting schedules and targets assigned by the VP is crucial, raising flags on missing targets.
  • Tracking planned vs actual progress of each project in terms of schedule, resources, and cost is necessary.
  • E nsuring safety and implementing safe practices to make the site an accident-free zone is vital.
  • Coodination with Civil and M&E department to ensure smooth flow of works is required.
  • A working knowledge of AUTOCAD & MS PROJECT is mandatory.
  • The ideal candidate should have handled project cost estimation, approvals, site expenses, coordinating with PMO.
