  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining robust Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and nCino solutions.
Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an experienced Salesforce nCino Developer. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce development, advanced nCino configurations, and expertise in financial services workflows, particularly around business banking and lending. This role requires close collaboration with architects, business analysts, and key stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing applications that streamline loan origination, treasury management, and related financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and develop custom applications and components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Salesforce Flows.
  2. Configure nCino Loan Origination System (LOS) features, including product packages, workflows, document manager, and credit analysis modules.
  3. Build and customize Financial Services Cloud (FSC) components aligned to banking and lending processes.
  4. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines leveraging Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
  5. Implement and maintain third-party integrations with core banking systems, payment gateways, credit bureaus, and document management solutions using REST and SOAP APIs.
  6. Ensure data synchronization between Salesforce, nCino, and external systems with minimal latency and maximum reliability.
  7. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensuring adherence to Salesforce and nCino architecture standards.
  8. Maintain code quality and consistency by implementing best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
  9. Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and system debugging to ensure high performance and security compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  1. 6+ years of Salesforce platform development with 3+ years hands-on nCino implementation experience.
  2. Strong command of Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce configuration.
  3. Proven expertise in nCino Loan Origination System (LOS), including credit memo, collateral management, document management, and workflow automation.
  4. Experience in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) customization and integration.
  5. Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, workflows, triggers, approval processes, and process automation.
  6. Proficiency in API integrations (REST, SOAP, OData) and middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.).
  7. Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Git) and Salesforce DevOps practices.
  8. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and collaborative tools like Jira or Confluence.
  9. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a distributed environment.
