Security Compliance Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Security & Compliance professional to oversee and execute our end-to-end security audits and compliance initiatives across applications, infrastructure, and organizational processes.

  • Evaluate systems, applications, and business operations for security, compliance, and alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., RBI, ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II).
Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough technical assessments required by new clients.
  2. Analyse and complete detailed cloud infrastructure security and compliance questionnaires.
  3. Assist in mapping customer security and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, RBI, SOC 2 type II) to internal controls.
  4. Maintain documentation and templates for commonly requested assessment artifacts.
  5. Manage and complete security questionnaires from clients, vendors, and partners.
  6. Evaluate vendor security and compliance by reviewing their responses and supporting documentation.
  7. Identify potential security risks within the company's IT infrastructure, applications, and services.
  8. Assess potential risks posed by vendors or partners during onboarding.
  9. Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2, or any other relevant frameworks.
  10. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  11. Work with the IT security, legal, and procurement teams to address concerns identified in the security assessments.
  12. Coordinate with vendors to ensure their security practices meet company requirements.
  13. Develop and maintain internal security policies and procedures related to vendor assessments and third-party risk management.
  14. Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings from security assessments and risk analysis.
  15. Provide recommendations to improve security measures and compliance.
  16. Educate internal staff and external partners about security best practices and compliance requirements.
