We are seeking a seasoned Coupa professional with 4+ years of experience in implementing and rolling out Coupa modules.

  • Familiarity with various Coupa modules such as Sourcing, Contracts, Procurement, Invoice, Expenses, etc. is essential for success.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring different Coupa modules including setup knowledge is required.
  • A strong understanding of Coupa enhancements, changes, and issue resolution is necessary.
  • We require the ability to create sourcing forms, objects, procurement/invoicing approval chains, dynamic account validation rules, charts of accounts, business account security groups, and technical/business roles in Coupa.
  • Coupa Release management for new product releases and maintenance experience is also necessary.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working with integration partners and consultants to integrate business requirements into implemented technical solutions.
  • They should be able to work with business partners from different geographies to incorporate sourcing, procurement, and invoicing requirements, statutory regulations, and controls into viable solutions.
  • Functional specs, Source-to-Target Maps, batch, and configuration documents creation experience for integration partners is required.
  • Strong experience in Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay business processes is necessary.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field and relevant experience are must-haves.
  • The successful candidate will be experienced in solution architecting and designing of Coupa integration with ERP/middleware/3rd Party applications.
  • A strong Agile methodology background including creating stories, working in Kanban environments, participating in scrums, and other Agile ceremonies is also required.
