DevOps Architect Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Architect to join our team. As a DevOps Architect, you will play a key role in designing and delivering robust systems for complex projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Gather and assess customer needs.
  • Define, develop, and support technology solutions with platform teams.
  • Audit technical processes to ensure scalability and security.
  • Create standards for DevOps best practices and guide teams accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors/ Master's degree in computer science or software engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing, development techniques, and configuration management in Linux and Unix-based environments.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization.
  • Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.
Skill Sets:
  • Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and efficient DevOps processes and infrastructure.
  • Streamline CI/CD pipelines and automate workflows using tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, and GitHub.
  • Manage and optimize Azure DevOps On-Premises, GitHub On-Prem, GitHub Cloud, AWS, and Google Cloud environments.
  • Possess strong knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, Shell, and Perl.
