About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Engineering Manager to join our team at TerraPay. As a Product Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our product engineering strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product engineering strategies to drive business growth and innovation
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new products and features
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions
- Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects
- Conduct product demos and technical presentations to stakeholders
Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience in Payments/Banking Domain
- Experience in handling one of the roles viz, Product Management, Business Analysis, Solutioning
- Hands-on experience in SWIFT/ISO20022, SEPA, Cards, Core & Digital Banking, Transactional Banking, Payment Gateway, Cross-border payments
- Must be comfortable working in different time zones
