Job Title: Experienced IFS Ultimo Specialist

Job Description:

This role involves delivering high-impact solutions that optimize asset performance and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in IFS Ultimo, a leading Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solution.

The successful candidate will lead or support the implementation and configuration of IFS Ultimo modules, collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, customize workflows and reports, integrate IFS Ultimo with other enterprise systems, and provide training and support to end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure IFS Ultimo modules for optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Customize Ultimo workflows, forms, and reports to meet client needs.
  • Integrate IFS Ultimo with ERP and IoT platforms.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and administrators.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system maintenance and enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience:

The ideal candidate should have proven experience working with IFS Ultimo in implementation, support, or consulting roles, as well as strong understanding of EAM principles and Ultimo's functional architecture.

IFS Ultimo certification is preferred, along with experience in industries such as manufacturing, utilities, healthcare, or logistics, and knowledge of related systems like SAP, Oracle, or Maximo.
