La Petite Alice is seeking a skilled Digital Storytelling Lead to create engaging narratives for our global audience.

This role involves developing and executing content strategies across various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and Email newsletters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design monthly content calendars that showcase our brand's personality and values.
  • Oversee the production of Reels, Shorts, lifestyle campaigns, and influencer collaborations that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive campaigns that inspire and convert our target audience.
  • Analyze performance data to refine strategies for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in social media management, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands.
  • A keen eye for visuals and trends in short-form content.
  • Experience leading campaigns that drive both engagement and sales.
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Preference given to candidates with experience working with luxury or premium lifestyle brands.
