• Achieving AI/ML Strategy Leadership:
• Define and execute the AI/ML roadmap that powers personalized matchmaking, fraud detection, and real-time decision-making models to enhance user experiences.
• Champion the integration of AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to drive developer productivity, automated testing, and code quality.
• Leverage recommendation engines to personalize matchmaking, content discovery, and enhance overall Customer Experience (CX)/Return on Experience (RX).
• Deploy LLM-based solutions to elevate customer support, retention journeys, and contextual engagement.
• Advanced Analytics for Business Growth: Lead the analytics initiatives that drive revenue growth, optimize conversion rates, and improve engagement by turning data into actionable insights.
• Team Leadership & Innovation: Build, inspire, and lead a world-class data science team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration. Ensure timely execution of high-impact AI/ML projects.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align AI/ML innovations with business objectives, enhancing both product development and user satisfaction.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Implement best practices in data science, ensuring operational efficiency and scaling AI solutions that directly impact business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain partnerships with top academic institutions and tech companies to stay at the forefront of AI/ML innovations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A strong background in AI/ML/LLM experience, including expertise in Langchain, GPT APIs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Recommendation Systems, and AutoML.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or other relevant languages for data science.
• Experience in managing and leading high-performing data science teams.
• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities to develop and scale plans, strategies, and tactics for business growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

About This Opportunity:

• A minimum of 18+ years of experience in technology leadership, including 5+ years in AI product development (AI/ML/LLM implementation in B2C/B2B applications).
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field from a reputable institution, with an MBA or executive education preferred.
