Automation Expert Role

 

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Expert to join our team. As an Automation Expert, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated testing and deployment processes.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Automated Testing Framework Development: Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks using Java, Python, or Ruby programming skills.
  2. Automation Tool Utilization: Utilize automation tools like Selenium, Appium, Katalon Studio, or WebdriverIO to streamline testing and deployment.
  3. Performance Testing: Conduct performance testing utilizing JMeter, Gatling, or PageSpeed tools to ensure optimal system performance.
  4. CI/CD Integration: Integrate continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins, Azure Devops, or Travis CI for seamless development cycles.
  5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  6. SDLC and Agile Methodologies: Maintain a strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Certifications: Microsoft Certifications are preferred.
  • Financial Institution Experience: Financial institution experience is beneficial.
  • Vendor Experience: Experience working with vendors is an asset.
