We are seeking an experienced financial operations manager to manage all accounting transactions, prepare budget forecasts, and publish financial statements in a timely manner.
About the Role:
- This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You will be responsible for managing monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, reconciling accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely bank payments, computing taxes, and preparing tax returns.
- In addition, you will manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements, report on the company's financial health and liquidity, audit financial transactions and documents, and reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle month-end closing procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Manage and maintain general ledger accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare and review financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain relationships with external auditors and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
