We're looking for HR Administrators to join our growing Shared Services Centre, contributing to our mission to deliver exceptional results for our customers.
- Support key employee life cycle processes, including new starters, data management, absence management, transfers and leavers.
- Maintain accurate HR-related data and ensure timely payment of the employee population, taking ownership of employee contacts.
- Participate in continuous improvement of HR processes and communicate effectively with employees.
Day-to-Day Activities
Work on daily tickets/Cases to support Employee Enrollments and International assignments, manage content across various channels, and conduct complex process like Meal voucher calculations and delivery.
Required skills and qualifications: 3+ years of human resources experience, proficiency in English, Bachelor's degree minimum, process improvement and stakeholder management, managing confidential employee information.
