Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Architectural Planner to lead the planning and design activities for projects across all phases. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architectural planning and design, with a strong understanding of local laws and regulations impacting project design and development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the architecture and planning activities, conducting site visits to ensure progress, and developing reports for tracking activities across several phases. Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio Max or similar) are essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate in Architecture (B. Arch)
- 3-5 years of experience in architectural planning and design
- Proficiency in Google Sketchup and AutoCAD
- Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in 3D
