We seek a motivated and skilled Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical expertise and a proven track record in automation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Automation Projects: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex automation projects.
  • Design and Develop Solutions: Create and implement advanced automation systems and processes to streamline operations.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and Maintain Systems: Identify and resolve issues with automation systems.
  • Document Processes: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation processes.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in an automation role, with a strong understanding of automation tools and technologies.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with automation tools and technologies such as RPA, cloud platforms.
  • Coding Languages: Proficient in Python, SQL, AWS Lambda, AWS S3.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
