Senior Model N Expert

We are seeking an experienced Model N professional with a strong technical background in the Model N Flex application.
This role requires an individual with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions and working effectively with global delivery teams and product vendors.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:- 4–5 years of experience across various aspects of the Model N platform, including modules such as MDM, Contract Pricing, Chargeback & Settlement Processing, GP Pricing & Filling, Workbook Calculation, and GP Programs.
- Technical expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Java, and UNIX is essential for this role.
- Experience with business intelligence tools (Cognos, BI Objects) is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and client management skills are necessary to succeed in this position.
- Good knowledge of support processes, incident/SR/problem management using tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, JIRA, etc.
- Exposure/experience with Agile & DevOps methodology is highly desirable.
