Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the NBFC sector or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment, credit scoring, and predictive modelling.
  • Proficiency in data modelling and analysis techniques.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and tools (Python, R, etc.).
  • Familiarity with credit decision engines and business rule engines.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights clearly.
