Sustainable Solar Coordinator

We are seeking a Program Associate to join our team.

As a key coordinator, you will facilitate stakeholder engagement, adoption of rooftop solar systems, and local capacity building in Assam.

• Coordinate among national, state, and city-level stakeholders for smooth program implementation.
• Promote and facilitate rooftop solar adoption through community engagement, demand aggregation, and support to consumers and vendors.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and periodic updates for partner agencies.
• Organize and support city-level capacity building, IEC campaigns, and establish grievance redressal systems.
• Collect feedback on policy and identify regulatory and operational bottlenecks.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Energy, Environment, Public Policy, Urban Development, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in project implementation, stakeholder management, or renewable energy programs.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; fluency in English, Hindi, and Assamese preferred.
• Experience in preparing reports, dashboards, and policy briefs.
