Are you passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions that make a real impact on people's lives? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled PeopleSoft Developer/Analyst to join our team

This role is responsible for providing production support and application enhancements for PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, Payroll for North America, Time & Labor, and custom-built modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with functional users to understand and document business requirements.
  • Perform system analysis, including research of delivered functionality and existing customizations.
  • Identify the potential impact of proposed application changes on other modules within the application.
  • Create and update technical specification documents.
  • Design and build solutions to meet business requirements and deadlines, following established development standards.
  • Document and execute test cases to thoroughly test own development work.
  • Perform quality assurance testing on projects completed by other team members.
  • Analyze, design, code, and implement changes to resolve break/fix production issues, providing appropriate communication as outlined in a service level agreement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM development, including PeopleTools/Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, COBOL, Application Engine, SQL, and DMS Scripts.
  • Experience using Oracle Database 19c or above.
  • Functional and technical understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM product suite, including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, Payroll for North America, and Time and Labor.
  • Hands-on experience with the full software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
