Key Account Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to lead our admissions efforts. This role requires building strong relationships with Principals, identifying opportunities for student engagement activities, and executing events to capture leads.

  • Key Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with Principals to drive business growth.
  • Student Engagement Activities: Identify and approach Grade A schools for potential partnerships, conduct events, and capture new leads.
  • Forecasting: Provide accurate forecasts for weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Develop and implement a data-driven strategy to plan activities across different accounts and cities.
  • Resource Allocation: Organize resources based on market attractiveness and opportunity size.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with marketing to ensure timely delivery of sales briefcases.
  • Network Expansion: Expand the consultants network and increase output from existing consultants.
  • School Network Development: Expand the school network and increase output from existing school accounts.
  • Capability Building: Develop and execute a training inventory to enhance self and team competency.
  • Field Visits: Ensure a minimum number of field visits for self on a weekly basis.
