Job Description

The role of a Billing Executive involves managing the entire billing process, from generating invoices to reconciling payments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to identify outstanding accounts and generate bills and invoices specific to customers.
  • Delivering invoices to clients via digital and traditional services.
  • Reconciling all payments with invoices and managing petty cash and incoming payments.
  • Identifying inconsistencies in transactions or pricing in ERP and regularly updating receivables specific to customers.
  • Answering customer inquiries and addressing problems, as well as submitting all cash collected to the concerned authority at the end of the day.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A Bachelor of Commerce degree.
  • Understanding of accounting software/ERP such as Oracle/SAP.
  • Strong computational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to be productive without oversight and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Robust written and communication skill set, basic understanding of office software and machinery.
