Job Description

As a skilled software developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing automated tests to validate the functionality of large-scale enterprise applications.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual and automated testing with a focus on backend and API validation. They will work closely with our development team to ensure that all features are thoroughly tested and validated.

The successful candidate will have experience with Java for automation scripting, RESTful API testing, and automated testing frameworks such as Cucumber and Maven. They will also have strong communication skills and be able to coordinate with product and development teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field;
  • 4-6 years of hands-on QA experience including both manual and automation testing;
  • Strong knowledge of Java for automation scripting;
  • Proven expertise in automating RESTful API testing;
  • Experience testing REST endpoints and developing automated tests for endpoint validation;
  • Exposure to reporting frameworks like Allure;
  • Familiarity with the Cucumber framework for BDD and Maven for build automation;
  • Experience working with record and playback tools for test creation and defect reproduction;
  • Strong communication skills ability to coordinate with product and development teams;
  • Proven ability to write comprehensive positive and negative test cases;
  • Exposure to large-scale enterprise applications;
