Job Title: Back-end Developer

We are seeking a skilled Python developer to play a key role in driving innovative solutions in technology. As a back-end developer, you will utilize your expertise in Python to tackle meaningful challenges and collaborate with global experts on impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop efficient code using Python to address problems effectively.
  • Apply business acumen and analytical skills to extract valuable insights from public databases.
  • Articulate reasoning and logic coherently when writing code in Jupyter notebooks or similar platforms.
  • Closely collaborate with researchers to exchange ideas and insights.
  • Maintain thorough documentation for all developed code.

Requirements:

  • Open to applicants of all levels, from junior to industry experts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Good grasp of Python programming language for coding and debugging purposes.
  • Databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) knowledge is a plus.
  • A minimum 4-hour work overlap with PST/PT is required.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills in a remote setting.
