We are looking for an experienced professional to assist in planning, implementation, and delivery of our climate change and sustainability projects. The successful candidate will collect, analyze, and interpret data related to climate impacts, sustainability metrics, and urban governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine sustainability assessment frameworks, including climate resilience and urban liveability indicators;
  • Liaise with local governments, NGOs, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with project goals;
  • Conduct workshops, seminars, and training sessions to build the capacity of stakeholders on climate change mitigation and adaptation strategies;
  • Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track progress and assess the impact of sustainability initiatives;
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, case studies, and policy briefs outlining project outcomes, data insights, and recommendations;

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, stakeholder coordination, and budget oversight within climate or sustainability sectors;
  • Ability to conduct research, analyze data, and synthesize information into clear, actionable insights;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders;
  • Ability to prepare comprehensive reports and presentations tailored to technical and non-technical audiences;
  • Postgraduate degree in Management, Economics, Urban Planning, Sustainability, or related fields from a recognized university;
  • Minimum of 8 years of overall experience with at least 5 years in urban governance, climate change, or sustainability projects;
  • Strong knowledge of climate change adaptation/mitigation, sustainability practices, and data analysis related to urban development;
