As a Senior Corporate Actions Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing corporate actions across global positions. The role ensures efficient processing, timely notifications, accurate bookings, smooth election processes, and effective reconciliation, while minimizing operational and market risks.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in corporate actions, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage corporate actions across various operating systems.
  • Monitor corporate actions across reliefs and identify eligible global positions.
  • Follow up on events' announcements, forecasts, and deadlines to ensure accurate notifications and bookings.
  • Manage election process for voluntary events with internal teams.
  • Handle all corporate action types within the team's scope.
  • Provide regular reporting to hierarchy and contribute proactively in meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
