We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Arbitration Specialist to join our Representative Office in India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for formulating business development strategies and identifying opportunities in existing and potential new markets and sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement business development strategies to promote international arbitration in South Asia.
  2. Conduct research and analysis on trends and developments in international arbitration.
  3. Contribute to SIAC's 'thought leadership' by preparing academic materials for publication and course materials for training programmes in India.
  4. Prepare marketing materials and publications for SIAC India Representative Office.
  5. Manage corporate communications with the press and media, and respond to enquiries from users.
  6. Support the organisation of conferences, seminars, and events in India.
  7. Coordinate with local service providers and regulatory authorities.

Requirements:
- A qualified lawyer with 2 or more years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in international arbitration is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
