We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Web Designer to lead our web design efforts and drive our online presence forward.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-friendly websites that meet and exceed client expectations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing and developing responsive websites with a strong focus on user experience (UX) and user interface (UI).

• Collaborating with our development team to implement designs that are functional, scalable, and optimized for speed and performance.

• Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas effectively.

• Designing web pages that are optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop devices, ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms.

• Staying up-to-date with the latest web design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our web design projects.

• Ensuring all designs are consistent with our company's branding and style guidelines, maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism in all our web design outputs.

• Working closely with our content teams to ensure all content is effectively placed and enhances the user journey, creating a cohesive and engaging online experience for our users.

• Creating and maintaining a style guide for web design projects, ensuring consistency and efficiency in our design processes.

Required skills include:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing website designs that demonstrate a deep understanding of UX/UI principles and front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator, as well as experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.

• Strong understanding of responsive design principles, front-end technologies, and UX/UI principles, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our web design projects.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team, communicate design ideas effectively, and deliver high-quality results under pressure, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
