Rice Mill Operations Director

Our organization seeks an experienced leader to oversee the successful planning, coordination, and management of rice mill projects from initiation to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, civil engineering, and leadership. He or she will be responsible for:

• Leading plant setup, expansion, modernization, or automation initiatives
• Coordinating with contractors for timely project execution
• Ensuring installation and commissioning of machinery and equipment as per manufacturer specifications
• Developing and managing project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
• Liaising with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project objectives

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards and government regulations
• Report regularly to senior management on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction
• Train and guide staff during the implementation phase to ensure a smooth transition to operations

Requirements:

• Masters degree (preferred)
• 8 years of experience in project or civil engineering (preferred)
• Civil engineer experience
• Project manager experience
• Willingness to relocate
