Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineering Expert to join our organization.

  • A seasoned Technical Engineer supporting Desktop Engineering SCCM operations
  • An expert in MS SCCM configuration management tool, with advanced knowledge of SCCM architecture and implementation
  • A certified expert in Intune and Autopilot, with hands-on experience in deploying and managing these solutions
  • Skilled in monitoring and reporting on key metrics, with expertise in identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Highly effective in troubleshooting and correcting complex infrastructure deployment issues, with a strong track record of delivering results under pressure

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and maintaining infrastructure, identifying and resolving complex issues, ensuring compliance with service level agreements, and implementing process improvements that enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in SCCM configuration management and expert level knowledge of Intune and Autopilot
  • Excellent technical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
  • Experience with Microsoft ITIL certification is an advantage
