We are seeking a Digital Content Specialist to lead our online presence and build meaningful engagement across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate is creative, strategic, and passionate about storytelling. They will own our social media voice, shoot content, drive brand growth, and inspire our community of children, parents, and educators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the social media calendar, planning the content strategy, and executing shoots on field and managing channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
  • Engaging with our community (kids, parents, coaches) and creating thumb-stopping content (posts, reels, stories, videos) that are quirky, creative, and relatable.
  • Spotting collaboration opportunities with creators, parents, and partners.
  • Keeping an eye on trends and boosting our outreach and engagement.
  • Tracking, tweaking, and experimenting to ensure continuous improvement.

You're a great fit if you:

  • Have 2-4 years of experience managing social media, preferably with kids' brands, lifestyle, or edu-tech.
  • Have an eye for design and love experimenting with reels and short-form video.
  • Are able to travel to our venues to capture content and have the necessary gadgets.
  • Are curious, playful, and not afraid to try new things.
  • Know your way around analytics and use data to make smart decisions.
