Senior Biologist

About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled biologist with a strong analytical background to contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI projects.

As a biology expert, you will work on challenging tasks that involve fine-tuning large language models using your knowledge of biological concepts and ability to break down complex ideas into simple explanations.

• The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in Biology, particularly at the PhD level.
• You should be able to communicate complex biological concepts clearly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Design and solve challenging biology problems to probe the limitations of large language models.
• Develop high-quality solutions with clear and rigorous reasoning.
• Collaborate with LLM researchers to align problem types with evaluation goals.

Requirements:

• Candidates pursuing a Ph.D./Postdoctoral degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field are eligible and encouraged to apply.
• Good research and analytical skills.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations.
