Job Title: Supply Chain Operations ManagerJob Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, ensuring timely supply of goods and services, and supporting smooth operational processes. They will serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage vendor onboarding, documentation, and compliance checks.
  • Ensure timely purchase orders, delivery follow-ups, and payment coordination.
  • Monitor vendor performance, SLAs, and escalate issues when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor databases, contracts, and operational documents.
  • Support procurement team in negotiations and cost optimization.
  • Coordinate with finance for invoice processing and payment cycles.
  • Assist in preparing MIS reports and operational dashboards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in vendor coordination, operations, or procurement.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
