Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage large data sets, ensuring their accuracy and quality. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience working with financial data.

The primary responsibility of this role is to review and clean raw financial transaction spend data, identifying errors and discrepancies. This includes manually reviewing invoices, verifying transactions against U.S. accounting rules, and collaborating with the Data Product team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Verify and correct financial transaction data following U.S. accounting rules
  • Deduplicate overlapping transactions
  • Adjust and infer amortization dates of expenses
  • Document repeated data issues
Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should possess:

  • 0-3 years of experience as a data or quality assurance analyst
  • At least 1 year of full-time work experience in a similar position using U.S. accounting practices
  • Experience with ERP software such as Netsuite, Sage, Quickbooks, Xero
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
