Senior Manager - Human Resources Operations

This role is responsible for managing the HR systems from hire to retire data management, identifying opportunities to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will oversee accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, including salaries, wages, deductions, and benefits for APAC countries. They will also coordinate with the payroll vendor on system enhancement and validate full and final settlements for resigned employees.

Key responsibilities include managing employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with applicable payroll laws and regulations, coordinating with inter-departments to address and resolve compliance-related discrepancies, and ensuring services are delivered as per the agreed SLA and timeline from vendors.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in human resources or related field.
  • 15-20 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR operations, payroll, and compliance.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRM systems such as Workday/Oracle.
